I began my yoga journey in Kimberly’s class. She was patient and guided me in a manner that allowed me to build on my strengths. She conveyed that this was MY practice and to modify it to fit my needs. I have become stronger physically as well as mentally. Kimberly is a wonderful yoga instructor and a great mentor. She also has an awesome playlist, which keeps me moving.
